Booking Process

Fill out our inquiry form with your event dates - Design & Quote
After reviewing your request, we will provide a customized quote based on your event details, design preferences, and setup requirements. - Secure Your Date
To officially reserve your event date, a signed agreement and a non-refundable deposit are required. - Design Confirmation
Once your booking is secured, we finalize the design details, color palette, and setup plan to ensure everything matches your vision. Full payment is required 7 days before the event. - Event Day Setup
Our team will arrive at the scheduled time to install your balloon decor and ensure everything looks perfect for your event. - Rental Pickup (If Applicable)
If your design includes rental items, a member of our team will return at the end of your event to collect the rental pieces.
