Booking Process

  1. Submit an Inquiry
    Fill out our inquiry form with your event dates
  2. Design & Quote
    After reviewing your request, we will provide a customized quote based on your event details, design preferences, and setup requirements.
  3. Secure Your Date
    To officially reserve your event date, a signed agreement and a non-refundable deposit are required.
  4. Design Confirmation
    Once your booking is secured, we finalize the design details, color palette, and setup plan to ensure everything matches your vision. Full payment is required 7 days before the event.
  5. Event Day Setup
    Our team will arrive at the scheduled time to install your balloon decor and ensure everything looks perfect for your event.
  6. Rental Pickup (If Applicable)
    If your design includes rental items, a member of our team will return at the end of your event to collect the rental pieces.
